7v7 Flag Football is a fast-paced, competitive way to experience the fun of football without the contact.  Whether you are a tackle player trying to sharpen your skills for the Fall, strictly a flag player, or someone who just wants to test the waters with Swift Creek Football Family, this is the program for you!

We play Spring flag football in the Chesterfield Quarterback League, Central Virginia's largest, oldest, and BEST football league.  We have four divisions:  7U, 9U, 11U,  13U, and 15U  Games will begin in Mid-April and end with a tournament in late-May.  Come run with the Cougars!
